People often ask us why we are called Saffron Training! Saffron as a spice and a colour is very vibrant, adding flavour to both food and to life; as a spice it is both prized and sought after. At Saffron Training we are confident that we can add flavour and colour to the ingredients which make up your organisation: your people. The initials of our founder Sally Franks, are also SAF!

Sally has a background in sales and marketing and sales training, and has over twenty five years’ experience in business. For the past 12 years she has specialised in management, leadership and team development. She has spent most of her career working in the healthcare industry, although also has experience in the education sector, construction, recruitment and professional services.
